Be cause of some logistical problems, we (the administrators) can't convert this blog to the new version, so we've created a new blog: Moravia Moments
It still has the same name, but a slightly different domain name.
Anyway, we will be posting there from now on.

Well, those of us in texas had a winter storm the last few days. In fact the power even went out for about half an hour.
The neatest thing was that on wednesday morning everything was all iced up, it was as if you had frozen everything and then dipped it into a pool of water for about thirty minuets.
Here are some of the pictures we managed to take.

The fence is all iced up

6" icicles were the average length.

One bush really got iced up.

1 and a half years ago

This is our side yard about 1 1/2 years ago, when we first got our house, you can see that the house is unpainted.

General Store

The General Store of Moravia when we first bought our house.
The General Store is one of the 4 bildings on our property, right now we use it to store extra stuff (the kind we try to get rid of in garage sales).
I espesialy like this picture because we took it when there was lots of grass and green leaves.

A near by church

The Catholic church just 1/2 mile down the road, we don't go there but it is pretty to look at.

Back up

Well, were back. Sorry we haven't posted for so long, our camera broke, and we began construction on our house. So everything has been all askew. But here we are. Oh, and we might accidentaly post some pictures we already posted before.

Psalm 23

1The LORD is my shepherd; I shall not want.

2He maketh me to lie down in green pastures: he leadeth me beside the still waters.

3He restoreth my soul: he leadeth me in the paths of righteousness for his name's sake.

4Yea, though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil: for thou art with me; thy rod and thy staff they comfort me.

5Thou preparest a table before me in the presence of mine enemies: thou anointest my head with oil; my cup runneth over.

6Surely goodness and mercy shall follow me all the days of my life: and I will dwell in the house of the LORD for ever.

Of these things put them in remembrance

4Of these things put them in remembrance, charging them before the Lord that they strive not about words to no profit, but to the subverting of the hearers.

15Study to shew thyself approved unto God, a workman that needeth not to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth.

16But shun profane and vain babblings: for they will increase unto more ungodliness.

17And their word will eat as doth a canker: of whom is Hymenaeus and Philetus;

18Who concerning the truth have erred, saying that the resurrection is past already; and overthrow the faith of some.

19Nevertheless the foundation of God standeth sure, having this seal, The Lord knoweth them that are his. And, let every one that nameth the name of Christ depart from iniquity.
